Benefits & Drawbacks for maintaining Showrooms as Plant or Storage Location

Hi,

Our client is opening new showrooms all over North Indian states. We have to suggest client as to whether to maintain the Showrooms as Plants or Storage location?

Client wants to track Showroom wise Sales. Also, the Stock will be transferred from Manufacturing plant to the Showrooms and from showrooms the sale will take place with End Customers.

Please advice as to the best process to be followed.

Note: Manufacturing plant is Excise free.
